Simon Robertson (GDC: 65840)
Dentist
Simon qualified in 1990 from the University of Bristol. After a year of vocational training Simon joined the practice in 1992.
He enjoys looking after his patients in a kind and caring environment and to a very high standard. Simon has an interest in quality general and cosmetic dentistry. In 1998 he undertook a year long post-graduate course in the different implant systems available and has been placing Straumann implants since.
Simon is a member of the ITI (International Team for Implantology) and both the Bristol and South West implant study groups.
Outside of dentistry Simon enjoys family life and a healthy interest in cycling, cricket, the garden, dog walking and being outdoors.
Dominic Sinson (GDC No: 194463)
Special interest in Implants
Dominic is a GDC registered specialist periodontist. He has an interest in improving patients smiles with cosmetic gum contouring and soft tissue grafting, providing dental implants, bone augmentation and managing implant disease.
Dominic graduated in Dentistry from Cardiff University following which he gained significant experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
He subsequently completed a 4 year training program in Periodontics and Implantology with Kings College London at Guys Dental Hospital achieving a Masters in Periodontology and Clinical Dentistry with distinction. He has acquired the most up-to-date and evidence-based techniques in both Periodontics and Implantology becoming a registered Specialist in Periodontics.
He is passionate about periodontics and implants which is shown in his approach to achieving the best care for his patients and his involvement in teaching on the undergraduate program at Kings College London and to qualified dentists within the UK.
Federico Zanutto
Dentist
Federico was born in Italy and qualified from the University of Trieste in 2005. Previously he worked at Trieste Dental Hospital and various private practices in Italy while in 2006 he volunteered in Imperatriz, Brazil.
In 2007, he took the decision to relocate to Bath, where he has have settled with his family. Since then, he worked in different dental practices in Wiltshire and Somerset until he joined Somerford House Dental Clinic/Portishead Dental Clinic in 2021.
Federico strongly believes in modern and evidence based dentistry, offering all aspects of general dentistry. Some years ago, however, he started to develop a greater interest in Endodontics (Root Canal Treatments) and for this reason, in 2016, he has started a 3 year Master degree in Clinical Endodontics at the University of South Wales which he completed in 2019 with Distinction.
This reflects his wish to deliver a high standard of care to the patients, with particular focus on Endodontics, and ensure they are treated in a professional and welcoming way.
In his spare time, he enjoys doing outdoor and cultural activities with his family, watching art films, listening to music and reading.

Jayne has worked within the dentistry industry for over 40 years. As a previous practice manager for The Dental Clinic Portishead. Jayne moved positions within the clinic and works part time as registered dental nurse at Portishead. Jayne enjoys caring for patients, and working with a great and enthusiastic team.

Our Treatment Care Concierge who can help answer any questions you may have about our treatments and costs.
Toni has been a dental nurse for 18 years and has been very passionate about the job since the first day she stepped into a dental practice. Always welcoming everyone with a huge smile.
Toni loves spending time with her family and friends and hopes to one day expand her knowledge in sign language to be able to make a difference to deaf patients and patients with learning disabilities.
